What It’s Like to Work Together

From your first message to the delivery of your gallery, I want the process to feel clear, personal, and easy to navigate.

1. Tell Me About Your Wedding

Start by completing my inquiry form with your date, location, guest count, and anything you already know about your plans. You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.

4. Plan the Details

As your wedding approaches, I’ll check in to learn more about your timeline, traditions, family relationships, important photographs, and anything else I should know. This helps me document the day thoughtfully without turning it into a long list of staged moments.

2. Choose Your Coverage

We’ll talk through your timeline, photography needs, and the moments that matter most to you. You can also decide whether you would like to include 35mm film, real Polaroids, or both alongside digital coverage.

5.. Celebrate Your Wedding

On the wedding day, I’ll offer gentle direction when you need it while letting real moments unfold naturally. I’ll photograph the two of you, your guests, meaningful details, emotional reactions, and the energy of the celebration.

3. Reserve Your Date

Once you are ready to move forward, I’ll send your contract and invoice. A signed contract and 30% retainer officially reserve your wedding date.

6. Receive Your Photographs

Afterward, I’ll carefully select and edit your digital photographs. Any film will be professionally developed and scanned, then included alongside the digital images in your final online gallery for downloading and sharing.

Optional Add-Ons

Second Photographer

starting from $100 per hour

Add a second photographer for additional perspectives, guest candids, ceremony reactions, and simultaneous coverage of different locations or moments throughout the day.

A second photographer is especially helpful for:

  • Weddings with more than 100 guests

  • Separate getting-ready locations

  • Large wedding parties

  • Complex timelines

  • Capturing both partners’ perspectives during the ceremony

Minimum of 2 consecutive hours. Availability is subject to photographer scheduling and must be confirmed in advance.

35mm Film Photography

$150 per roll

Selected moments from your wedding day photographed on 35mm film for a nostalgic, textured look. Includes professional development, high-resolution scans, and approximately 20–30 finished film photographs delivered with your digital gallery.

Available in color or black and white.

Authentic Polaroid Keepsakes

$15 per photo

Up to eight one-of-a-kind photographs captured on genuine Polaroid instant film. The original physical photographs are placed in protective sleeves and given to you as keepsakes.
